CK-13 Patstroy JSC - Pernik is created in 1993 through its transformation of the "Road Management - Pernik" Ltd. in a corporate name "Patstroykomplekt" and business activity: construction, repair and maintenance of roads and structures, urban communications and infrastructure around them, producing all kinds of building materials and aggregates and related products, research, design, investment, engineering and business at home and abroad, all types of services with construction equipment and motor transport.
CK-13 Patstroy JSC holds a certificate and is a member of the Bulgarian Branch Roads Chamber, Bulgarian Construction Chamber, Bulgarian Mining Chamber and the Association of Industrial Capital in Bulgaria. The company was registered in the Central Professional Register of Builders and is certified to carry out the construction from 1st to 5th group.
The company has implemented and certified integrated management system standards including ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007, through which CK-13 Patstroy JSC strives to achieve maximum satisfaction of customers, constantly improving quality of the construction activities and sites as a whole, and strict observance of the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria concerning the activities of the organization to prevent harmful environmental impacts and achieving a healthy and safe working conditions.
The company participates in the development of road and transport infrastructure input for ground, road and asphalt works. Road construction Testing Lab / RTL / is an independent unit within the structure of CK-13 Patstroy JSC - Pernik, owner of Certificate of Accreditation, according to BDS EN ISO / IEC 17025:2006, Order ¹ 175 / 06.03.2008g. , Expires: 31.03.2012g. , BSA Reg. ¹ 3 LI.
RTL has the object of study indicators as follows:
- Materials / Aggregates large aggregates for asphalt paving, road bases and plain concrete;
- Materials / Aggregates fine aggregates for asphalt concrete pavements and simple;
- Mineral flour;

On customer desire, RTL (Road construction Testing Lab) can take samples of the above products. Direction for the production of aggregates:
"Studena" Career - The deposit for extraction of aggregates is located 3 km from Studena village and 27 km from Sofia and it limestone meets the requirements of ISO to produce any concrete classes and the requirements of BDS and AASHT0 to produce high fractions of asphalt mixtures.
Technological processing system is carried out by two stationary crushing-sorting equipment (crushing-sizing mills), if necessary additional mobile facilities.
In early 2007 carried out the reconstruction and expansion of the unit production of aggregates "Studena" career. Improved the road links with the crushing-sizing mills, to make a complete change in the flow diagram of the crushing-sizing mills, thereby increasing the produced number of kinds fractions and increase the quality and quantity of extracted aggregates. The annual capacity of his career is over 1 000 000 tons.
Direction for the production of stone flour
"Potzarnentsi" production basis - in the base is mounted a ball mills to produce stone flour with capacity 4 tons per hour. Stone flour is produced with the best quality in western Bulgaria, and is highly demanded by road construction companies.
Direction for the production of asphalt mixtures
Asphalt base "Studena" - the base is located in the area of "Studena"Career and has a SIM- asphaltmixer with capacity 120 tons per hour and MARINI - asphaltmixer with a 220 tons per hour, meeting all requirements of technical specifications. Asphalt mixtures are produced with polymer additives (Splitmastic) using granulated and liquid additives.
Asphalt bases "Potsarnentsi" and "Vidritca" - basis have asphalt machines type DS-117.
Sections for lay of asphalt mixture - the company has four fully equipped teams to lay the asphalt mixture. They are equipped with electronic asphalt laying machines and are fully equipped with rollers, compressors, machinery for pouring of emulsion and cutting machines. In addition, asphalt cutters have a width of 500 mm and 1 000 mm.
Construction Group - the company has four groups of road construction. They are qualified to perform the construction of earth and road works and drainage facilities.
Geodetic group - the group has four surveyors. That is equipped with a spirit level to enable accurate leveling of I-st class and total stations.
Road transport and road construction mechanization - the company has its own road transport and road construction mechanization necessary to perform all types of road construction works as follows: rubber- tires rollers, grader, crane, trucks, tractors, multifunctional excavator loaders, chain excavators, bulldozers, vans and passenger vans, cars as small and specialized machinery.
